·        HOW TO GET STARTED

We offer FREE INFORMATION SEMINARS where we explain what it takes to become a Successful REALTOR® with BONA REAL ESTATE®, including earning from $75,000-$100,000 in your first years to $200,000 as you become more experienced. ·        DEPARTMENT OF REAL ESTATE LICENSE

As a REALTOR® you will be working listing and selling homes and investments. To do this, you need to obtain the license from the Department of Real Estate as a Salesperson. To obtain this license you need to be at least 18 years old, understand written English and be a USA Citizen or USA legal resident, take a course called Real Estate Principles, and pass the Department of Real Estate Exam, also known as the State Exam.

BONA REAL ESTATE® has many years of experience coaching people to complete the Real Estate Principles course in as little as 3 Saturdays or 6 weeks. In our training you will also learn the basic Real Estate concepts and techniques so you can effectively prepare to pass the State Exam. Additionally, we offer review classes, FREE for our future agents and have courses offered in both English as well as a Bilingual (Spanish). ·        SALES TRAINING

Whether you are new in sales or an experienced salesperson, in Real Estate or in any other field, BONA REAL ESTATE® offers you the most complete after license training. We offer Seminars in Sales, Listing, Financing, Legal Aspects, Investments, Escrow and Documentation. We also offer a series of special courses in personal improvement and  weekly group coaching sessions as well as individual coaching sessions that will help the newly licensed salesperson or the experienced REALTOR® who wants to develop his/her full potential or "go to the next level". ·        MANAGEMENT TRAINING

If you have been a REALTOR® for 2 or more years and one of your goals is to become a Sales Manager of an office or perhaps the owner and manager of your own office, we have a program for you. This includes a unique management training program that includes personal training from our founder and President of the corporation and coaching from one of our experienced managers.
